Buying clothes that last should feel risk-free. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — simply, quickly, and without a single item going to waste.
30 easy days
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to send anything back for a full refund — no questions, no quibbles. Items just need to be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached. For hygiene, underwear, earrings and candles that have been lit are final sale.
How to start a return
Head to the contact section at the bottom of our homepage and tell us your order number (it's in your confirmation email). We reply within 2 business days with a prepaid, compostable return mailer — return shipping is always on us.
Refunds & exchanges
Refunds go straight back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the parcel reaching our workshop. Prefer a different size or colour? Exchanges are free while stock lasts — just say so in your message. Gift cards are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
If something's faulty
A loose seam or a faulty zip is on us, always — we'll repair, replace or refund, your choice, and cover every penny of shipping. And nothing you send back is ever landfilled: returns are inspected, re-homed, or recycled into next season's fibres.
